ORU men's and women's basketball season ticket and donor renewals were recently mailed out.  Fans have until August 1 to renew their season tickets. 
 
A form for 2012-13 basketball season tickets and an application for the Golden Eagle Club were included in the mailing.  The generous support from our fans in 2011 played a critical role in the success of our 214 student-athletes.  We hope that fans will choose to renew or increase their involvement and re-invest in ORU Athletics. 
 
There are a few exciting changes for the 2012-13 basketball season: 

• Southland Conference games are scheduled in a double-header format; this does not leave us sufficient time for our traditional pre-game dinners.
• Golden Eagle Game Night receptions are replacing the dinners and will be hosted in the banquet venue on the south side of the Mabee Center.
• These receptions will follow the women's basketball games and include a "chalk talk" with a coach from each program.

It is a great time to be a Golden Eagle fan.  ORU continues to win conference championships, win big non-conference games, and enhance ORU's national reputation.  Please join us in our quest for excellence by helping to provide the financial resources that are vital to our success.
