TULSA, Okla. – For the first time since March 26, including two mid-week rainouts, the Oral Roberts baseball team is set to host conference leading Southeastern Louisiana at J.L. Johnson in a three-game set.

Following the series opener on Friday, fans are invited to join the baseball team at Qdoba Mexican Grill at 71st & Lewis for a post game party. Fans will have a chance to meet the team, receive food discounts and win great prizes.

Game one of the series is set for 6:30 p.m. on Friday evening, followed by 2 p.m. start on Saturday afternoon and at 1 p.m. on Sunday.

The Golden Eagles (9-22, 4-5) enter the weekend set on a tough six game losing skid, five of which came by two runs or less. On Tuesday night, they battled with Oklahoma State in a neutral contest at ONEOK Field in Tulsa, but fell to the Cowboys, 4-2.

Despite the struggles, senior outfielder Kevin Cho has come on in the past seven contests, hitting .400 during the stretch, including 6-for-9 in his last three games.

The Lions of Southeastern Louisiana comes to Tulsa with a 7-2 conference record, tying them with Sam Houston State atop the standings, and a 23-11 overall mark. They are led at the plate by senior Harry Slade with a .331 average, while classmate Sean Kennel leads the team on the mound with a 2.79 ERA.
