Women’s Golf 11th After One Round at Dale McNamara Invitational

OWASSO, Okla.—Junior Crystal Reeves fired an opening-round 75 and Oral Roberts is 11th after one round of play at the Dale McNamara Invitational, Monday at The Patriot Golf Club.

Reeves is tied for 21st with two rounds remaining. The Golden Eagles shot 309 and trail team co-leaders Oklahoma and UNLV (292) by 17 strokes in the 16-team event. Six of the top 46 teams in the country (Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas, UNLV, Tulsa, UALR) are participating in the tournament.

Junior Amber Hensley joins Reeves in the top 30 after a 76 has her tied for 28th.

Junior Kylie Bollenbach and sophomore Tiffany Robbins are tied for 50th after each shot 79, while freshman Alheli Moreno is 62nd with an 80.

Playing as an individual, senior Rachel Romack is tied for 73rd after shooting 82.

Second round play begins Tuesday at 8 a.m.
