TULSA—Junior Jarrett Hamilton scored a pair of goals to lead Oral Roberts to a 2-1 overtime victory over Newman, Wednesday at ORU Soccer Complex.

With the Golden Eagles trailing 1-0 with less than 30 seconds to play Hamilton took a short pass from senior Jon Gann and banked in a shot off the right goalpost with 13 seconds remaining, tying the game at 1-1 and sending the affair to overtime.

Hamilton netted the game-winner in the 99th minute, teaming up with senior Sterling Copeland and sophomore Aaron Douthit. Copeland streaked across midfield and passed to Douthit on the left side of the goal. Douthit immediately connected with Hamilton, knocking the ball into the net from about five yards out for the win.
