TULSA, Okla. - After three exhibition matches, the Oral Roberts men's soccer squad will walk onto the pitch on Friday at Houston Baptist for first time this season when it counts. Kickoff in Houston is scheduled for 7 p.m.

During the first three matches, the Golden Eagles found offensive production from several different players with Cody Lofgren, Alexander Mackie, Chris Kroeze, Craig Rogers and Michael Greenfield all picking up a goal each. ORU went 1-1-1 during the exhibition portion of their schedule.

Their opponent on Friday played tough on the road at SMU, finishing their lone exhibition match against the No. 16 Mustangs in a draw, 1-1. Junior forward Kristopher Tyrpak picked up the goal for the Huskies.

Despite only finishing with one goal last season, Tyrpak took 16 shots on goal, double the second most of the squad.

A member Mountain Pacific Sports Federation for men's soccer only, the Huskies closed the 2011 season with a 3-10-3, including a victorious match over the Golden Eagles on Oct. 17, 2-1.
