ELMHURST, Ill. - Oral Roberts' Clive Chafausipo was named Summit League Outdoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week for his performance during the week of April 26-May 2.

Chafausipo, a junior from Harare, Zimbabwe, earns his first career Outdoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week award after winning the long jump at the Bill Williams/Bob Laptad Invite with a league-best mark of 26'6.5" (8.09m).  He leads the league by over a foot in the event.  He was also part of ORU's first-place 4x100-meter relay squad that finished with a time of 41.31, second-best in the league, at the meet.

ORU Track and Field will return to competition this Friday at the Arkansas Twilight in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
