TULSA, Okla.-The ORU men's golf team will compete in its fourth and final event of the fall as they travel to Kansas City for the Bill Ross Intercollegiate, hosted by UMKC at Milburn Country Club.
The three-round tournament will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, October 17, with two rounds being contested on Monday. The third and final round will start at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, with the pairs being based on the standings after the first two rounds.
Milburn Country Club is a par 72 course that has played host to U.S. Open qualifying, the Missouri Amateur and the Tom Watson Challenge. ORU finished 11th last year at the event, but shot a 927, compared to the 886 posted at the most recent tournament, the 2011 Wildcat Invitational.
A total of 11 teams will be competing in the Bill Ross Intercollegiate, with 15 players competing as individuals. The full list of teams can be found below. Live scoring will be available for the tournament at www.golfstat.com.
