TULSA, Okla. - The Oral Roberts men’s tennis team got into the holiday spirit recently, volunteering their time at an after-school tennis clinic at LaFortune Tennis Center in Tulsa. The class was available free of charge to local Tulsa Public Schools students.

"It was a great experience to volunteer our time and give back to the community," said ORU Head Coach Mark Milner. "We would like to thank LaFortune for helping us organize this great event."

ORU men’s tennis players spent the afternoon teaching the sport of tennis to local students by conducting drills, demonstrating skills and organizing friendly matches. Over a dozen local kids participated in the clinic.

ORU opens their 2013 men’s tennis season on Wednesday, Jan. 16, when they face the University of Tulsa.
