TULSA, Okla. - Playing for the first time in the month of February, the Oral Roberts University women’s tennis team swept Oklahoma Baptist University, 7-0, on Wednesday night.

Hailey Martin and Lina Semenova teamed to take the top flight, 8-3, over Lilian Ferriera and Paola Costa, while Kristin Gray and Iryna Khatsko dropped Elisa Brito and Marianna Rosa at the second spot, 8-1. The third flight was also an 8-1 ORU win, as Marizanne Bouwer and Tori Dollar scored the win over Shauna Beach and Kelsi Lord.

Khatsko kept the good vibes going with a top flight singles victory, 6-3, 6-2, over Costa. Martin won a similarly hard-fought match on the second court, 6-3, 6-1, over Ferriera. Semenova followed suit at the third flight, a 6-0, 6-1 win over Rosa.

On the fourth court, Gray knocked off Brito, 6-0, 6-1.

The final two courts were 6-0, 6-0 ORU wins. Bouwer won the No. 5 match over Lord, and Dollar swept away Emily Wilson.
