TULSA-Tyler Henderson posted 22 kills to lead Tulsa past cross-town rival Oral Roberts, Wednesday at the Reynolds Center.

The Golden Eagles (7-10) kept each set close but couldn't prevent their third straight defeat. Tulsa (17-2) won by scores of 25-17, 25-21 and 25-21.

Tatum Fredeen led the Golden Eagles with10 kills while Elizabeth McVicker and Jocelyn Swier each had seven kills.

Bruna Silva recorded 13 digs to lead ORU, while Anna Rossi had 22 assists.

ORU's offense hit .221 but Tulsa countered with a .293 hitting percentage.

The Golden Eagles next face Summit League foe Centenary, 7 p.m., Saturday at the Aerobics Center.
