Threw five innings at Oklahoma on March 19, getting a no decision after allowing four runs... went a season-high 5.1 innings against Central Arkansas on March 24, allowing two runs... struck out a season-high four batter on March 30 against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi... shifted to the bullpen on April 14 with a scoreless inning against Southeastern Louisiana, kicking off a season-ending streak where he posted scoreless outings in nine of 11 appearances... went 3.1 innings without allowing a run against Lamar on May 4... notched a save with a scoreless inning of work at Missouri State on May 7... tossed a scoreless inning against College World Series runner-up Mississippi State on May 14... picked up his second save with a scoreless outing against Northwestern State on May 16.

Played at Nebarska in 2010... was 0-1 with one save and an 11.80 ERA in eight appearances... pitched 13.2 innings with 11 strikeouts and nine walks... picked up his first career save at Fresno State on Feb. 26, tossing four innings of one-run ball in a 4-1 victory... underwent elbow surgery in April and missed the rest of the season.

2009 graduate of Manhattan HS in Manhattan, Kan... led Manhattan to a State Championship runner-up in 2007 with a 9-0 record and a 0.91 ERA... 2nd team All-State following his sophomore year... All-State honorable mention junior year... 1st team All-State as a senior... three-time first-team all-Centennial League... earned first-team All-American honors from Collegiate baseball/Louisville Slugger in 2009... drafted in the 21st round by the Toronto Blue Jays in 2009.
