AUSTIN, Texas-No. 9 Texas edged Oral Roberts, 2-1, on a rainy Tuesday night at UFCU Disch-Falk Field.

Texas (18-7) grabbed an early 2-0 lead, scoring both runs in the second. Kevin Lusson lined a two-run double off ORU starter Alex Gonzlaez (2-4) with one out. But Gonzalez settled down, striking out Jonathan Walsh and inducing a grounder from Jordan Etier to end the inning.
