Sioux Falls, SD-Kevi Luper, a sophomore guard for the Oral Roberts women's basketball team was recently named to the Summit League Championship All-Tournament team for her efforts in the opening and semifinal rounds this past weekend.
Luper opened the postseason in style, scoring 28 points, grabbing four rebounds and dishing out four assists in ORU's 108-79 victory over Western Illinois.
The following Monday, she added a game-best 24 points and seven rebounds as the Golden Eagles stumbled to Oakland University.
On the weekend Luper averaged 26 points, 5.5 rebounds and two steals per game.
Also joining Luper on the all-tournament team is Sharise Calhoun (Oakland), Katie Lingle (South Dakota State) Kristin Rotert, (South Dakota State - MVP) and Bethany Watterworth (Oakland).
ORU will be back in action next weekend in the Women's NIT. First round matchups will be announced on Monday evening.
