The Golden Eagles will face off against Central Missouri, Drury, Maryville, McKendree, Missouri S&T, Missouri State, St. Mary, UMKC and Wichita State at the meet that will be held at the MSU Cross Country Course, with the women's 5K race beginning at 8:30 a.m. The men's 8K race will follow immediately at 9:15 a.m.
In the first meet of the season, it was sophomore Samantha Watson who led the women's team to a runner-up finish at Kansas, while freshmen David Batchelder and Jonathan Harper led the men's team to a third-place finish.
