TULSA, Okla.-Oral Roberts Women's Soccer Head Coach Ryan Bush has announced a pair of signees for the 2012 season, including Madison Valenzuela and Oklahoma product Amber Mitchell.

Valenzuela will join ORU from Poway, Calif., where she helped lead her team to a CIF runner-up finish. The daughter of Sean Valenzuela and Kendall Valenzuela, Madison played at Poway High School for Coach Jen Neilson, coming to ORU because of the soccer program and the Christian atmosphere.

From Edmond, Okla., Mitchell signed with the Golden Eagles following an outstanding career at Edmond Santa Fe, where she earned all-city, All-Metro Conference honorable mention, and all-district honors. She helped lead her high school team to a state runner-up finish under Coach Larry Truesdell. As a competitive-OPL player, Mitchell led her team to a pair of state championships under Coach Evan Dresel. The daughter of Stephen and Andrea Mitchell, Amber will major in nursing at ORU, signing with the Golden Eagles because of the great nursing program and because of the emphasis on God.

Valenzuela and Mitchell are the fifth and sixth new additions this season for ORU, joining Kayla Keller, Maddie Rhodes, Ashley Martin and Mariah Morgan, who were announced in February.
