The Bank of Oklahoma Golden Eagle Golf Classic is scheduled for Monday, July 18, at Meadowbrook Country Club. Reigstration and lunch are at noon with a shotgun start at 1:30 p.m. The tournament is a shamble format with team and hole prizes including a car hole-in-one prize.
Registered foursomes in the Golden Eagle Golf Classic may bid to pick a celebrity to add to the group as a fifth player. Some of the celebrities scheduled to participate are:
- Basketball coach Jerry Finkbeiner
- Baseball coach Rob Walton
- Golf coach Lance Watson
- Athletic Director Mike Carter
- Voice of the Golden Eagles Geoff Haxton
- Former ORU golfers and Hall of Fame members Jeff Combe, Jim Kane and Bryan Norton
The auction will begin June 15 and will close at midnight July 13. Highest bidder will receive first pick in the celebrity draft. To bid for a celebrity to join your group, click here.
