TULSA-Oral Roberts' Warren Niles (Cincinnati, Ohio) has been named to the CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Freshman All-America team.

Niles is one of 20 players selected to the team, which is chosen by Division I coaches, NBA scouts and the CollegeInsider.com staff.

Niles appeared in 32 games with 18 starts and averaged 12.8 points and 3.4 rebounds per game. A member of the Summit League's all-newcomer team, Niles led the Golden Eagles with 57 three-pointers and shot a team-high 36.5 percent from three-point range.

In Summit League play, Niles averaged 13.9 points and enjoyed a pair of 30-point games. He scored an ORU freshman record 39 points in an overtime loss at IUPUI on Jan. 14, and poured in 30 points at Oakland on Feb. 6.

Niles earned Summit League player of the week honors after each game, becoming the first league freshman to earn multiple weekly awards since ORU's Caleb Green and Ken Tutt in 2003-04.
