Adam Hermann was hired just prior to the 2011-12 competition year as ORU's Director of Strength and Conditioning. He came to ORU from Central Michigan, where he served as the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning, working mainly with men's and women's basketball, volleyball, baseball and softball. He also designed and directed the nutrition education program for the Olympic sports.
Familiar with the Summit League, Hermann spent six years (2004-10) at North Dakota State, working as both a graduate assistant, and the assistant strength and conditioning coach.
He graduated from Northern Michigan University with a B.S. in health education. Hermann has his Level 1 Sports Performance Certification by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, adult CPR certified and earned Bronze Level Coach status with USA wrestling in 2001.
