Threw two complete games in route to six victories... compiled a 6-3 record... second on the Golden Eagle staff with 86 innings, striking out 66 opposing batters, and had a 2.30 ERA... started 14 games and came out of the pen on three other occassions... fanned 10 batters on March 31 against Louisiana Tech... earned a complete game against Western Illinois on April 21 and went all eight innings with a shutout in a mercy rule victory over North Dakota State on May 19... named to the All-Summit League Second Team.

Posted eight wins, five complete games, a 3.41 ERA, and 100 strikeouts in 105.2 innings... Named 2011 NCBWA Freshman All-American... 2011 Summit League Pitcher of the Year... 2011 Summit League Newcomer of the Year... 2011 All Summit League 1st Team... Five time Summit League Pitcher of the Week, already third most in league history...

High School

2010 graduate of Boca Raton Community HS in Boca Raton, Fla. … drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 11th round of the 2011 MLB amateur draft … helped lead Boca Raton to a district championship as a junior with a 4-3 record and a 1.43 ERA in 54 innings … in 2010 he was 4-6 with a 2.48 ERA and 69 strikeouts, tossing eight complete games in 14 starts … named second-team team all-area and first-team all-conference as a senior … played for the Florida Legends in the summer of 2010, helping lead the team to an appearance in the Connie Mack World Series in Farmington, N.M. … overall, he was 8-2 with a 0.87 ERA with the Legends, allowing just 26 hits and striking out 74 batters in 56.1 innings.
