2012-13 (Freshman) Saw action in three games before redshirting the season with a series of injuries … played a season high 17 minutes against St. Gregory’s putting up eight points and five rebounds in that contest, hitting three of his four shot attempts … also had two points and four rebounds on the road against Missouri State.
High School Named the 2012 Jim Thorpe Award winner as the state's top player after scoring 19 points in the OSSAA All-State game ... only the second ORU signee (Caleb Green) to earn the honor ... averaged a double-double in his all four seasons at Velma Alma HS, earning MVP honors for the Stephens County Tournament after recording a triple-double (24 points, 10 rebounds, 10 blocks) ... had more than 2,000 career points, 1,000 career rebounds and 300 blocks ... averaged 23.2 points and 11 rebounds per game leading his team to a 27-1 record as a senior ... finished with four tournament MVP and two conference MVP honors, and was a 2012 Faith Seven and All-State selection ... also a six-time state champion on the track.
