TULSA, Okla. - The Oral Roberts men's soccer team will take their first step towards a return trip to the Summit League championship game on Friday as they host Northeastern State in exhibition action. The match is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. at the Case Soccer Complex.

The contest is the first of three scheduled exhibition matches at home. Oklahoma City visits the Golden Eagles on Sunday at 1 p.m. and Oklahoma Baptist comes to town on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

In 2011, the Golden Eagles' season came to an end in the Summit League championship game in Kansas City, falling to Western Illinois, 2-1. The men's soccer program will continue to compete as a member of the Summit League.

Friday's opponent is high expectations for their 2012 season. The RiverHawks earned a couple of first place votes in a highly competitive Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association.
