AMES, Iowa -
Jeffery Gibson continues to run wild on the competition, while Madison
Reynolds' time improves yet again as the two competed well in the Iowa State
Classic on Saturday.
After winning the 200 meter non-seeded race on
Friday at the event, Gibson .05 second behind the winner in the 400 meter dash,
seeded, on Saturday. The senior crossed the finish line with a time of 46.55,
ahead of Cass Brown-Stewart from conference foe Stephen F. Austin.

A freshman from Oklahoma City, Reynolds also had
her best collegiate time of 54.90, placing her third in the race and recording
the second best collegiate athlete in the race. Reynolds has medaled in of her
four attempts in the 400 meter as a collegiate runner.
ORU track and field athletes will continue their
indoor schedule next Saturday as they participate in the Oklahoma Invitational
